By accessing or using ApeClip, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use ApeClip. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

3. User Content & Responsibility

ApeClip is an AI-powered content generation platform. You are solely responsible for all inputs you provide and all outputs you create, publish, or distribute using the service.

  • You must have all necessary rights to any content you upload or process.
  • You are responsible for how generated content is used or shared.
  • ApeClip does not review or guarantee the legality or accuracy of outputs.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ApeClip disclaims all liability related to user-generated content.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually.
  • You may cancel at any time; access continues until the billing period ends.
  • All payments are final. No refunds are provided.

5. Prohibited Use

  • Violating any laws or regulations
  • Generating harmful, abusive, or illegal content
  • Infringing intellectual property rights
  • Misleading, impersonating, or defrauding others
  • Reverse engineering or extracting underlying models

Violations may result in immediate termination without refund.

6. AI Models & Third-Party Services

ApeClip uses third-party AI models and infrastructure, including systems provided by Google (Gemma), Black Forest Labs (FLUX), and Lightricks (LTX).

These are subject to their own terms and restrictions. By using ApeClip, you agree to comply with those terms. ApeClip does not claim ownership or endorsement by these providers.

7. AI Limitations

AI-generated content may be inaccurate or inappropriate. ApeClip makes no guarantees about output quality or suitability.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ApeClip is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business.
