By accessing or using ApeClip, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Our service is available worldwide; however, it is your responsibility to ensure that your use of ApeClip complies with your local laws.

2. Eligibility (Age Requirement)

You must be at least 13 years of age to use ApeClip. If you are under 18, you represent that you have the permission of a parent or legal guardian to use this service.

3. User Content & Absolute Liability

ApeClip is a tool, not a publisher.

• Your Responsibility: You are solely and exclusively responsible for the content (text, audio, and video) generated using our tools. This includes ensuring you have the rights to use any Reddit threads, Twitter posts, or external media you input.
• No Monitoring: While we reserve the right to remove content that violates our security, we do not pre-screen or monitor user-generated content.
• Release of Liability: By creating an account, you agree that ApeClip, its owners, and operators shall not be held liable for any legal claims, damages, or losses resulting from the content you create, share, or monetize.

4. Subscriptions & No-Refund Policy

• Billing: We offer monthly and annual subscription plans. All payments are processed securely via third-party providers.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard. You will retain access until the end of your current paid period.
• No Refunds: All sales are final. Due to the high costs of AI generation and processing, ApeClip does not offer refunds for any reason, including partial months or unused credits.

5. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use ApeClip to create content that is illegal, promotes violence, or constitutes harassment. Misuse of our API or attempting to reverse-engineer our tools will result in immediate account termination without a refund.
